The staff were fantastic at the desk when checking in. Very helpful and friendly. The location is a perfect so you don't need to drive anywhere into the city. You can walk completely underground to get closer to your location or you can just walk into the area you want on a nice day. The "York" bar and restaurant inside the hotel is nice if you don't want to venture out. Breakfast was great, it's a buffet and the food was hot and fresh. Quite a bit to choose from....like smoothies, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, some pastries, and the normal bacon, eggs, sausages and pancakes. Can't complain when everything you need for a nights stay is right at your fingertips.

The room was very spacious, with a very comfortable king bed. My husband loved the pillows. There was a nice sitting area too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful and very well situated near lots of restaurants and shops. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it.

The hotel is nicely decorated, elegant and clean. The staff were very helpful. We had a sea view room, with very comfortable beds. The location is great, right on the harbour and the boardwalk, near lots of gret bars and restaurants. We have stayed here before and will again.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. I appreciated that the hotel was connected to the venue we were attending all weekend via pedways. Was a little disappointed that there was no free breakfast or free parking, but overall- great stay!

Upgrade to top floor room with harbour view. Really enjoyed just sitting and watching the water and birds. After check in I received a text message asking if we needed anything. Nice to have that communication and chat! Location perfect

We liked underground parking, the closeness to the Market square, the locale of the hotel, the easiness of checking in and out.

location was superb, nearby food venues - outstanding, short walk to downtown area and nightlife. Accomodations slightly outdated but room was clean and comfortable, relatively quiet and not overly busy. Only issue would of been parking and a bit of confusion as to how to get back to Hotel lobby. Better signage would help.
